Transloading Solutions

Fraser Pacific Enterprises delivers transloading services for clients throughout Western Canada and North-West Washington. We handle cargo transfers between trucks and barge.

Why Choose Transloading for Your Cargo?

Transloading allows businesses to optimize shipping routes by combining different transport modes. This approach reduces costs, improves delivery times, and provides flexibility when dealing with infrastructure limitations or capacity constraints.

Integrated Transloading & Barge Solutions

Our terminal and equipment supports safe loading, secure transfers and direct routing for large scale shipments.

A crane lifts a large cylindrical metal pipe onto a flatbed trailer, with other similar pipes and two workers visible at a construction site.

Heavy-Lift Transfer Equipment

Cranes, conveyors, and high-capacity loaders move cargo between truck and barge in one streamlined process.

Covered & Open-Yard Storage

Covered and open lay-down space at the terminal allows for temporary staging, inspection, or weather holds without extra transport.

Direct Truck Access

Direct roll-/lift-off to highway-grade flatbeds eliminates extra drayage and keeps multi-modal projects on schedule.

Specialized Transfer Services

When a cargo hand-off has to happen, FPE crews manage the transfer safely and efficiently between barge and truck.

Barge ↔ Ramp Transfers

Fraser Pacific Enterprises uses its barge ramp at its site to connect barge and land based transfers. FPE guides vehicles and equipment across the ramp, handles bulk material movement, and load timing with barge operators.

A large excavator loads wood chips onto a cargo ship at an industrial port, with workers and piles of wood chips visible nearby.

Barge ↔ Land Transfers

FPE’s barge ramp enables the movement of cargo between barge and ground transport. Freight rolls or drives off the barge onto flatbeds, trailers or specialized vehicles. With nearby road access and support for oversize permitting, FPE helps move equipment and materials from the Fraser River to job sites across Western Canada, quickly and safely.
